I pre ordered a gluten free afternoon tea so that we could enjoy afternoon tea together as a family for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I had rung ahead to ensure everything would be perfect however when it arrived they had not delivered the sandwich preference requested amongst other things. Having to complain made my newly diagnosed daughter feel upset on her birthday and spoilt what should have been a great after noon
