The Chinese Biryani is a fantastic spin off the traditional dish; it's a must try...and of course, you can't leave without having naan...the naan here is so soft and tender, it is superb. The gluten is not overworked, the quality ingredients used, and of course, clay pot baking, makes for the best I've ever tasted; a must have.
