Celiac friendly! We always enjoyed this restaurant before me being celiac. Now, we loved it even more!! Delicious house made food, friendly staff, and clean!

Very disappointing and indifferent service due to an obvious staff shortage for our group reservation of 16 adults and 15 boys. One server took all our food and drink orders alone and we were given a two-hour time limit because another group was booked later the same evening. The boys waited 20 minutes for drinks and 45-50 minutes for their food; the adults waited even longer. This is unfortunate because the menu offers many innovative gastro-pub dishes, including several vegetarian and gluten-free options (even one vegan dish). I ordered red curry noodles and got a different sauce on my noodles ... I ordered a glass of wine and was never offered a refill. The glass sat empty for 45 minutes. My friend loved the Newfoundland cod cakes, but found the clam chowder bland. The herb fries were not very popular with the boys (too much seasoning, same complaint with the hefty burgers). Sometimes less is more. No time for dessert or additional beverages. Servers and managers need more training. I probably won't return to this restaurant despite its great menu and bar offerings. Too bad! There's potential here.
