Ocean Bay

The quality and quantity of food here is fantastic and great value for money. But the reason you should use Ocean Bay is because the staff are brilliant, they absolutely understand how to deliver amazing customer service. I had a gluten free request in my order and they took care to package it separately, but also then talked to be about the vinegar that could be used. I ordered online for collection and thought them getting me to double check the order when I arrived was good as I’d forgotten the peas! The woman I was speaking to (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was so helpful and friendly, an absolute credit to Ocean Bay. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Hi, I never usually post reviews but I went to here on Good Friday and was told repeatedly the chips were gluten-free and dairy-free and I have been very ill for the past three days following my visit. I would recommend the owner checks every ingredient is gluten-free as you can cause serious illness to people with celiac disease.

Had a large order and one of our party was gluten intolerant, they prepared the whole order in separate bags for each person so there was no confusion about what people ordered. The food was great and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
