Ocean Grill

The good: The staff and our waiter were all very hospitable. The bad: I explained I have an allergy to cheese when placing the order. But, they prepared my entree with cheese. When they brought it out the second time, they had just scrapped the cheese from the top. So after I started eating it, I found cheese all in it. Then, they attempt to correct for the 3rd time. The manager finally comes out. She never appoligzed, showed any concern, or addressed the issue, at all. I finally get my food after everyone at the table is finished. And to boot- think they charged me for my entree, absolutely. If you have a food allergy (gluten, dairy, nut- any of it) avoid this place. If the management handles allergies this way, can you imagine what's happening into the kitchen?!

This was a fabulous lunch. They have a gluten free menu; a real plus for those of us on a restrictive diet. The crab was cooked to perfection, sans butter. Service is great. All in all a tasty, memorable experience.
