RIDICULOUS to say the least!
I ordered a gluten-free takeaway pizza. Once I got home, I saw the appearance of the pizza, took the first bite and called the pizzeria immediately because I was doubtful of the authenticity of the gluten-free version. However, they confirmed the suitability of the pizza without batting an eyelid. Trusting, I continued to eat it and intoxication occurred. They literally poisoned me, I had all the symptoms of contamination starting from vomiting.
Only after two days I managed to leave the house and go to them to tell them what had happened and, from the height of their "professionalism", they were only able to say to me: "besides apologies, what can we do?", also questioning what I said, after having also pointed out to them the presence of 3 medical certificates attesting everything.
Not surprisingly, I learned that THEY ARE NO LONGER PART OF THE AIC CIRCUIT.
BE CAREFUL, I'm outraged.
