Oecher Eis-Treff

I give three stars because the employee was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my wife got gluten-free ice cream. Was specifically clarified by telephone. Really thumbs up in that regard. The 2 points deduction is because I think the ice cream here just doesn't taste very special - in my opinion. 1.50 per ball is very high for this. Service is great, but unfortunately the ice cream didn't convince me

What else is there to say? Simply bomb. Nice little shop, but that's beside the point. The ice cream is simply great. Regardless of organic, vegan, gluten-free etc. you can simply taste the love for the product here. Since the Oecher Eis Treff opened I've actually had to take on a part-time job ;-) Yes, I love ice cream and it doesn't always have to come fresh from the counter. But I like to take a detour for the ice cream. It's nice that you've zeroed in on a few basic varieties and that they produce reasonably well. Changing ice cream of the month makes things a little more exciting every now and then. The direct proximity to Frankenberg Park is not a bad idea in summer either. Great location, always friendly staff even if the line goes through the district. I'd be happy to wait a little longer. In terms of price, I think the whole thing is more than fair. Quality has its price. My absolute recommendation.
