The best gluten-free croissant I've ever eaten: tasty, light and crumbly. The laboratory is super stocked with sweet and savory dishes: from cakes, brioches and biscuits to pizzas and focaccias, all at excellent prices. I absolutely recommend it!!

The owner was fantastic! He made us a to-go bag for us to travel to Florence today! It was amazing for a gluten-free person to walk in and be able to have so many options to choose from! The food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back!!

Truly excellent food .... my celiac daughter loves the panzerotti, the pizzas, the pizza by the slice, the bomboloni, the bread, the focaccia ... everything is truly excellent ... the owner is a truly wonderful and good person .... and in any case the bombolone alla crema is superlative, even better than many found in pastry shops that do not treat SG .... highly recommended to try
