Very good and for a small town in western NY it's outstanding. I know sushi and have been to at least a dozen sushi bars for at least a hundred meals. The sushi chefs were Japan-born and spoke little to no english which is what I want to see in a sushi bar. The owner is Japanese, speaks english well enough, and was extremely helpful for my dinner companion who has a gluten allergy telling us exactly what was okay and not okay. A young waitress, also Japanese but must be US-born speaking perfect english was super friendly too. A great experience. I'm going back again. And again and again and again!
