The Old Mans Adventure Channel
The ramen broth here is beautiful. A little smoky, meaty, delicious. I will be stopping here every time I come through Salt lake. The handmade noodles were spectacular. Their gluten free noodles were soft and supple and had a very good taste. Really a very good ramen shop

Best Ramen I have EVER HAD.
My favorite is the beef brisket ramen. The broth is so full bodied and savory and the meat in the ramen is so tender and well seasoned!
The noodles, which are hand pulled from scratch EVERYDAY, are so delicious and made with love and care!
They even have GLUTEN FREE NOODLE for anybody with gluten intolerance!
And the staff are so attentive and kind! 10/5 stars.
