I visit Okami Sutherland regularly and am always pleasantly surprised by the improvements since its opening. The staff has become more trained, though during busy periods, although like anywhere it can be a bit challenging to get their attention during these periods. In mentioning that, though, they now offer QR codes at each table for the all-you-can-eat buffet, which has greatly improved the efficiency of service. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is wheelchair and pram accessible. It can get quite loud during busy times, so if you prefer a quieter dining experience, consider visiting during off-peak hours. The value for money with the all-you-can-eat option is excellent, and they also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options. Overall, it was a great dining experience with good food and friendly service.
