Staff was reasonably knowledgeable about gluten free options. Sushi rice is not gluten free unfortunately, but hibachi meal with rice could be made using gluten free soy sauce.

Food was okay. Staff did not seem knowledgeable about food or dietary options such as gluten free as we were told the rice was not gluten free. Inside booths were extremely dirty.
