Probably one of my worst experiences at Okinawa. I normally go to the one in denver. Golden is brusk in service, no menu knowledge from server, and not very welcoming. Sushi was OK but prices are really disappointing. Asked for gluten free recommendations, server said I don't know and walked away. Tried looking again because it's my allergy that's fine. Finally asked if she could ask chef. Only 1 roll recommended golden roll for 18 bucks. It's just salmon and a tiny sliver of mango. I will not be coming back. I felt so awkward sitting there and no one even engaged or asked about my meal. Server kept coming over, are you ready? I felt like I was a burden. I love okinawa Colfax and go often. 60 dollar bill for one lunch(got a nice sake 21 dollars) served in a cheap shot glass.

I came here and had some amazing gluten free sushi. They did a wonderful job, both with presentation and taste. Also the sushi chef was very knowledgeable about what ingredients had hidden gluten and presented me with a good number of options. I'll definitely be back.
