I feel a little guilty reviewing a sushi place in Israel because my expectations might be too high. They have gluten free soy sauce, staff is incredibly friendly, and the wine was good. The sashimi however, while extremely fresh, was not cut as well as I would normally expect. The pieces were sometimes chewy and I found some cartilage and one tiny bone. Still delicious, but for me the texture matters a lot when it comes to fresh sushi.
