1st visit. Good BBQ doesn't need sauce and even though they have great sauces, it isn't needed. Bonus, I'm gluten-free and they knew what it meant, and what to offer. Bonus bonus, all sauces are gluten free and no high fructose corn syrup!!

This place is a favorite of ours. The ribs are to die for and you’ll find the most amount of meat on them!! No sauce needed. They are that good! Portion size is excellent and you can’t go wrong with any of the meat choices! I am so grateful that their sauces are gluten free too! Service is top notch! Whenever we are in Hudson….we are stopping in!
