this restaurant is absolute heaven for a celiac! there is a gluten free bun, corn tortillas, and gluten free pasta.
EVERYTHING gluten free is cooked in a separate space ( separate friers with splashguards, separate cook tops for burgers, etc.)
when you order gluten free, your waiter/waitress takes out a red tag. the tag goes back to the kitchen , everyone freezes as kitchen manager holds it up & explains, switches gloves and makes the meal. it’s absolutely perfect. our waitress , sarah, was amazing and took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions. the rest of the menu looked super tasty as well.
