The portion of pickled fish for one person is quite large. There are fungus, vermicelli, bamboo shoots and lunch meat at the bottom. The taste is just right, not so spicy and not salty. It’s just that the fish fillet itself may not have been salted when it was marinated, so it has no taste.
Bean sprouts mixed with gluten are quite refreshing, and the soup is also delicious when used as a dip for fish.
