Old Crown

The Old Crown,Wow, the meals are spot on plenty of choice even on a Sunday. We were a table of 4 and all had something different and all meals were excellent. The Sunday roast is amazing with plenty of meat and vegetables. Service is very polite and spot on. The place is spotless and has a friendly atmosphere. Although too chilly to sit outside( we were there in March),in the summer this would be a lovely place to bring the dog with a seating area near the bar and a large field to the back with plenty of benches and for the dogs to play. They also do a doggy menu. There if a gluten free menu too.

Had a lovely evening at the Old Crown for a meal then the pub quiz. My partner is gluten intolerant but we were pleased to see a gluten free menu available which not all places have. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we asked about the gluten free options. The meal was delicious and filled us both up. We stayed for the pub quiz which was well organised and we had a great laugh, despite finishing almost bottom! It was a really friendly atmosphere with everyone being really welcoming so we will definitely come back! Thank you.
