Old Hickory Steakhouse

Huge shout out to Chef Kyle! As someone with Celiac (gluten allergy), I was nervous about dining here, but Chef Kyle personally came out to talk with me beforehand. He carefully explained all their kitchen protocols, the steps they take for serious allergies, and how they use separate utensils to prevent cross-contamination. I felt completely safe and cared for. My meal was fantastic! They even brought me my own separate gluten-free bread, beautifully paired with honeycomb-shaped butters. My steak was absolutely delicious. Even after the meal, Chef Kyle checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was beautiful, and it was such a joy to join my colleagues for dinner and feel truly included. Thank you so much—I hope to return one day during my travels!

We had a fantastic dinner last night with a great group of friends!! Everything was cooked correctly and very tasty sides. Our service was phenomenal, even took care of one of our friends that was gluten free.
