Old Mother Hubbards

Delicious food. They even do gluten free battered fish. Ordered in advance and ready to pick up quickly.

Came here as it came up on a search saying it has gluten free fish and chips and I don't believe I could've been more disappointed if I tried. The gluten free fish and chips was soggy and flavourless. It was also just a strange beige colour. The interior itself felt damp with visible mould all over the walls. It smelt of damp and grease. Everything was single use plastic, charges extra for single use sachês of condiments, cutlery was single use plastic. The staff looked miserable (unsurprisingly) and it was about 20 mins before we received our food. There was also very little consideration for cross contamination with my gluten free order which was placed touching my friends normal Fish & chips on a tray. I hope it's not the case inside the kitchen but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the kitchen staff were cross contaminating the food. I would never recommend or come back.
