I’ve been here a few times, never had this issue. I ordered a single cheese burger and the side of potatoes, the bun was expired or they ran out and was serving the gluten free buns. The gluten free bun is $2 extra and is like eating cardboard and I got 5 potatoe slivers while the rest, 90%, of the serving were flakes left over in the bottom of the fryer. I said something and was blown off at, basically to bad! I should have gotten 3 bucks back or an additional order. Nope just a lost look in a workers face with no concerns. You won’t miss my business but do better so others don’t feel like they don’t matter!

Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere. Dairy free and gluten free options

I love hamburgers. My wife would call me a “burger snob”. I prefer “burger aficionado”. I have enjoyed Detroit style sliders, California style, and many smash burgers in between. This place is on another level. The sear is just about as perfect as you can get. Brown and crispy. It’s not a “smear the meat across the griddle” thin. It still has some thickness to it. But what really separates this place is the quality of beef. You really taste the beef in every bite which is something that is hard to find in burgers now. I’m glad that this place is not close to where I live. $13 for a double cheeseburger, I’d be here almost every day. Potatoes are cooked in tallow. What more is there to say? Also, there are gluten free buns that my wife thinks are good.
