During my recent visit to the Old Wild West restaurant, I was expecting a varied selection of gluten-free dishes, given their AIC certification. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the limited choice offered on the celiac menu. The quality of food available was average, but the lack of healthy options significantly limited my experience. Furthermore, when asked for a simple grilled chicken and side dish of vegetables or salad, there seemed to be a lot of difficulty in preparing it without possible contamination. This aspect is particularly important for those who, like me, have to follow a strictly gluten-free diet for health reasons and I certainly don't expect this poor welcome in an AIC restaurant as they are already numerically limited in the neighboring area.
