I wanted to leave this review because of course I have been to Olive Garden in the past but I recently developed allergies where I now cannot have gluten or dairy so we went recently for the first time where I am limited to what I can eat. I was beyond impressed with how they handled serving me knowing about my allergies. Once I told my waitress she flagged a manager to come over with a nutritional guide and she went through to double check the meal I was planning to have did not contain any of my allergens. That same manager delivered my food to me to reassure me that it was gluten and dairy free which I really appreciated. I was quite hesitate to go to Olive Garden with my allergies but the extra steps the staff took to ensure my needs were met was beyond appreciated and by far the best service I have received in regard to this. We definitely will go back more and I recommend to anyone with allergies to go and make sure you flag it with your waitstaff.
