My son has celiac disease and can not have gluten, we told the waitress multiple times and ordered off the gluten free menu. But to my dismay hi is food came still with gluten and that could have been a very bad day. We caught it but I really don't understand how the mistake was made. Allergies for food products can be very dangerous and the neglect was just monumental for a restaurant in this catagory. Yes they didn't charge me for his meal but the waitress had no idea and the cook said" the pasta is gluten free so half the meal was ok" . Just poor training and management at this location.
