WAITLIST: Went on a friday night at 7, so busy as expected. Planned to arrive at 630. Put my name on the wait list at 5, but the table was ready too early at around 530. So canceled that, then put a name on waitlist again a 537 and it showed that the table would be ready for my party of 6 at 630. Got there at 630 and checked in. Pushed on the wait list again, saying the table would be ready at 7. Asked the hostess at 7, and she said about 5-10 more minutes. I was able to see my name at the top of the list. Went on again to ask the hostess 5 more times in 15 min intervals and got the 5-10 mins each time when several other groups were being seated. We also inquired about splitting to 2 tables as people with smaller than 4 were getting seated upon arrival. We did not get seated until 827.
SERVER: My group was extremely irritable and irritated. Some of the food was brought burnt, when we complained the Manger came and said they would remake it and take it off the check. The server was nice but only stood at one end of a table that could sit 8, so we had to shout our orders from the other side since she would not come on our side to take food orders.
FOOD: To be fair I am not a big Italian food person and with being gluten and dairy free there was limited option for me so I can't really write much on the food--the gluten free pasta with red sauce and added chicken was subpar at best and the only item I could eat. However, the service really could use some improvements along with their waitlist system.
