I love there food. I had a amazing gluten-free pasta.

The food choices for gluten-free was marinara and meat sauce on gluten-free pasta only, no appetizers or bread. Even worse, although the server was great, he was under trained. He didn't know dish ingredients or even that there was an allergen table on the table kiosk. He asked me to show him where it was and then preceded to show his coworkers. We will never go back. So disappointing. I've never left Carabas feeling like an inconvenience.
