Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Having food allergies like Celiac Disease it is very hard to go out to eat and hopefully not get sick from cross-contamination. I explained to my server that I had Celiac disease and she made sure that there was no issues with my salad by bringing me to-go salad dressing, and not putting it directly on the salad. Even the management was extremely helpful to me about my order. Thank you to the staff for making me feel like I mattered with my dietary issues and not feel like I was a burden to the staff about it. I will be coming back.

There was a little bit of a wait. The server was friendly, and patient. The Gluten free menu is small, the food was very good
