Perfect! I am gluten free and order the gf pasta. Today I asked if they could make one of the regular pasta dishes but just sub for gf rotini. The chef came out and said that the sauce they serve with that dish has wheat in it and that they couldn't do what I wanted but we added different items separately to my pasta to make it as close to what I asked for! Perfect service and I appreciate the honesty and chef!
