Because I have a gluten allergy (I can have some, but I must have gluten free pasta), I wasn't overly excited about eating at an Italian style restaurant. The "build your own pasta" gave me exactly what I needed to create a meal that I could enjoy; and to be honest...it was better than I had imagined. I definitely plan to go again in the future! Everything was excellent about the evening...(when talking about restaurants) which seems to be quite rare these days.
