Some things are now off menu , and a couple more gluten free choices wouldn't kill them, many places are alfredo sauces ravioli and meatballs gluten free , missing a big market

Typical Italian food. They can do gluten free pasta and have Italian Margaritas.
I do wish that they could make alfredo gluten free. I can make it myself without gluten whats the problem?
