Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I don't usually rate chain restaurants 5⭐, however in this case they really went the extra mile! I am celiac and finding restaurants in Florida that indicate GF options on the menu, or even seem to understand the food allergy, is very difficult and frustrating. I actually prefer to not eat out when I travel there because I am usually disappointed or contaminated and sick for several days. Although there are limited options, they have a dedicated GF menu. When I placed my order the waitress asked if I was celiac and then told me that "the manager" would be out to speak with me. He appeared promptly to ensure that the GF meals are cooked in a separate area in the kitchen and all of the cooking utensils and pans have been properly cleaned to ensure no cross continuation. They really take customer safety to the next level! I had grilled chicken Parmesan with pasta and marinara sauce which was delicious! My one hope is that in the future they bake some GF bread sticks to enjoy with their house salad. For the quality and price, you cannot be at this restaurant in the Sebring area.
