I no longer frequent O.G. due to my issues with gluten. However, they will always be my go-to for their family sized salad. On July 4th I went the easier route regarding serving food and grilling. That salad was everything (and convenient)
I experienced issues with online ordering, so I called them up. Del was the most professional order associate that day. He didn't hesitate to assist me with my order.
When I arrived for parking lot pick up, Del delivered my order to my vehicle. I'm giving him all of the superlatives, as he earned them. I hope his management team appreciates how well he represented their brand. I tip based on service and Del showed and proved what exceptional service (to him) means.
