My wheat-allergic son has ordered gluten free pasta 2 separate times here and gotten glutened. He is a teenager and not even familiar with what regular pasta tastes or feels like. The first time he thought the pasta was different and didn't know til he got sick afterward. The second time, he started eating it, felt a little suspicious, and then thought there was no way it happened a second time so he ate it, and then came home sick.
Don't have gluten-free pasta on the menu if you can't do the bare minimum to make sure you're serving it.
Ridiculous.
