Nine family members enjoyed food. Manager came by about my celiac disease and promised special care in kitchen

I have a gluten allergy and after I ordered the gluten free pasta and a few minutes after ordering, the manager came over and clarified their procedures for reducing cross contamination and that he would personally speak with the chefs. It was such a huge relief to see my allergy taken seriously. When they brought the food out, my food was on a completely separate tray with a separate waiter and they announced my food as gluten free. These extra measures mean a lot because going out to eat can feel extremely nerve-racking.
