Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Recently my stepdaughter was diagnosed with celiac. We wanted to go to dinner somewhere and we looked into Olive Garden and browsed the gluten free menu. Honestly, I lost a lot of interest and respect seeing the menu but especially their kids menu. We expect that the required changes and limitations are going to upset her, but make this make sense....I can get gluten free alfredo sauce, as well as, so many types of gluten free pasta at the grocery store. Yes, we can eat at home. Obviously that's going to be the case majority of the time, but I don't understand why more items aren't available. I suspect they don't make food from scratch that often. She cried and felt she had to choose something she didn't even want so that everyone else could still go. Our kid only is offered marinara and one style of noodle that's gluten free? Nah. Do better Olive Garden Noodles and Company will get my business moving forward
