Gluten free options outstanding!. Waitress also had celiac disease. She made sure everything was done perfectly

Came here today for a quick lunch with our family of 4. When we got seated no waiter came over for 20mins even after hitting the call server button on the tablet. It was so unbelievable my husband went to the front to ask when our server would be coming to our table so finally we saw a woman at the table across from us we asked her if she knows who our waiter is she said it’s me.. and walked away. We didn’t get acknowledged she didn’t apologize and say I’ll be right with you or nothing. So after another 10mins she finally came over and asked us did we seat ourselves and how long were we sitting here.. we were like no we got seated here 15mins ago and been waiting since. We finally put our order in and she left. We waited another 20mins just for the salad to come out and by then we still didn’t have our drinks.. this was supposed to be the first thing that usually comes while waiting for the food. She didn’t bring the breadsticks either she waited and when she brought drinks asked if we wanted breadsticks she didn’t know if we did because I have an allergy. To mention only I have a gluten allergy my husband & kids do not so it was not right for her to just assume without asking. We were there for an hour it was not busy and we were still waiting for our food which I found to be ridiculous. So once the food came I asked to speak with the manager it was not good very bland & a long wait for mediocre food is unacceptable. The manager did provide a discount & apologize. We won’t be returning to this place it was not the quality service that we are use to from other restaurants we go to.
