As a celiac since 1998, I have seen restaurants progress to having real options for gluten-sensitive customers. Something as simple as using corn starch instead or wheat in the Alfredo or Zucchini instead of pasta. I don't know why this store is different, but they could not offer any sauce but the meat sauce on the GF rating. Very low marks from me. This is far beyond slow to adapt.

Does okay and has a gluten free menu. I have gotten sick a few times after visit. But normally I do not they do pretty good at keeping my GF food clean.
