Oliver's Blaine

This restaurant has been on my list of restaurants to try for a few months now and I finally had the opportunity to check it out for a date night. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. as a more private person I was pretty uncomfortable at the fact that all the tables are right up against one another, so you're literally sitting a foot away from your neighbor. So whatever you happen to talk about, you get to hear about what your neighbor's talking about too. I eat gluten free and so ordered the spinach artichoke dip as a gluten-free item. I had to smile a little bit as I received a very nice looking spinach artichoke dip with an udi's bun cut up into four pieces. We also ordered a pizza not gluten free. It was pretty disappointing as well. We ordered the chorizo pizza as my husband wanted to avoid the mushrooms listed on the other pizza's descriptions, only to find out that the chorizo pizza also had mushrooms that were not listed in the description. Yuk. Mandatory 4% "tip" for the cooks on top of the tip to your waiter. We will not be back soon. TL;DR Very boomer place to eat.

Great new American food vibes. We enjoyed Oliver's gluten free crust pizza and salad with added chicken breast (also GF). Coffee is amazing also.
