Ate here for the first time tonight and had an amazing time! My partner and I were definitely a little underdressed as we came in after going for a run, but our server Van was so amazing and we felt very comfortable and welcomed regardless. (It’s not formal necessarily but it was cute and I probably wouldn’t have worn running clothes had I done a little more research lol.) I got the chicken parm and it was SO good, the chicken was fried really crispy and had a lot of flavor. Our appetizer bread was super fresh and delicious as well. My partner got the gnocchi which we were surprised to learn was gluten free without modifications! I’d never had gnocchi but I tried it and the sauce was great, really savory and peppery. We were also informed that they have gluten free pasta to sub in for any dish and it apparently has gotten great feedback.
The atmosphere was really cute and quiet despite being a full restaurant, and the service was wonderful. Van was really personable and came by to offer a last call for happy hour, even though it was a minute past happy hour. He even brought us a wine menu to look over for a few minutes telling us no rush. I’ve definitely been to places that have a hardcore cutoff and I thought it was really nice that he was willing to put our drinks in 5 minutes past happy hour and still charge happy hour prices.
Overall we definitely will be back! We already made reservations for happy hour and it will for sure become a regular restaurant for us. 10/10 would recommend!!!
