I ordered a gluten free pizza for delivery to my hotel. They dispatched it to UBER who eventually showed up 35 min. after the promised time. After I spoke to complain to Olympic, the OWNER personally delivered a replacement pizza to me with a coupon and tiramisou, now that is SERVICE!
