An old classic. Well maintained. Great view of Mt. Washington. Really expensive. We were there for a wedding. Breakfast was surprisingly affordable at $20 for two eggs, lots of potatoes and bacon. Gluten free toast included at no extra charge. May not matter to you but fun for us! Coffee and tea free in the morning. Cold drinks and nice cookies/pastries free in the afternoon.

I stayed here on Christmas Eve, and it was magical from start to finish. When I pulled up, the valet greeted me and made everything super easy. Their automated system for valet service—text messages and a link to request your car—was seamless. Inside, the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Think life-size nutcrackers, poinsettias, candy canes, and Christmas trees everywhere. It felt like stepping into a holiday movie. At check-in, Alvaro at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. He made sure I had all the info I needed, and then I headed to my room, which was easy to find. I had two spa appointments, and the experience was amazing. Donna gave me a quick tour and explained everything. Megan did my pedicure, and honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had. Heated booties, a relaxing massage, and perfect nails. Then Becky gave me a massage that was next-level. She was so kind and checked in often, making sure I was comfortable. I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Dinner at 1902 was equally impressive. The hostess was welcoming, my server Gergely was super attentive, and even the manager, Kenny, stopped by to check in and make sure everything was perfect. Chef Richard personally came out to talk to me about my dietary restrictions, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. He made sure my entire meal was gluten-free and absolutely delicious. The jumbo shrimp, salad, and braised short ribs were phenomenal. When I got back to my room, there was a Christmas stocking hanging on my door. It was such a sweet surprise! I saved it for Christmas morning and found fun little trinkets, an ornament, candy, and even a slinky and an orange—things that made me feel like a kid again. Breakfast the next morning was just as good. I ordered brisket with poached eggs, sweet potatoes, spinach, and avocado—one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The same server from dinner took care of me, kept my coffee topped off, and even took time to chat. After breakfast, I walked around the snowy grounds. The views were incredible—snow-covered trees, a little brook, and mountains in the background. The sun came out, and it felt like the perfect Christmas morning. When it was time to leave, the valet had my car ready and warmed up within 10 minutes. The whole process was easy, and everyone I encountered was so friendly. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was leaving friends, and I already know I’ll be back. This place is special. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway—especially during the holidays—you can’t go wrong with Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa.
