Service... not very good. Needed all gluten free food and picked items marked as such, or with a GF option. Checked with waitress (who seemed very inexperienced and unknowledgeable). A - Massaman curry (heat level 10) with fresh tofu B - Pad see EW (heat level 5) with fried tofu C- Pad thai with fried tofu The massaman curry and pad see ew were very tasty, BUT they deep fried the tofu, instead of separate pan frying, in the same fry oil as all other fried foods (this will contaminate the oil with tons of gluten). I caught this before my celiac wife ate any, but I had to hunt down a different server to ask because ours never came back after bringing the food. They did remake the pad see ew dish, but it took so long we had to leave before eating it... The heat levels were very.... 'white people hot'. My wife and I eat very spicy food all the time, so we asked if 10 out of 10 was 'thai spicy' and were assured it was. Nope. I'd give the 10/10 a barely 3 out of 10. The 5 out of 10 is a solid 1 out of 10. The pad thai was very, very sweet and tasted like a large amount of sweet and sour sauce was poured on it. Not that tasty and definitely not an authetic pad thai. Maybe Minnesotans like this kind of thing...? I dunno. Very 'Americanized' for a pad thai.

“This Thai restaurant is an absolute gem in the metro area. It is evident that it is family-owned and their passion for Thai cuisine shines through in every dish. The menu offers a delightful selection of Thai appetizers, entrees, and salads that are bursting with incredible flavors. The use of fresh herbs and abundant vegetables truly enhances the authenticity of the dishes. They offer different spice levels from 1-10. I’m always impressed by the variety of options available, especially when it comes to accommodating different dietary preferences. They have thoughtfully included protein choices to cater to everyone, whether they follow a gluten-free, plant-based, vegetarian, or pescatarian diet. It's fantastic to find a place where large groups of friends can gather and each find something delicious to suit their specific needs. The soups and curries at this restaurant are a true delight. The depth of flavors and the quality of ingredients used are simply outstanding. Additionally, their beverage selection is worth mentioning. They offer a diverse range of beers, wines, and cocktails, making it a great spot for date night or a special occasion. On's Thai restaurant has become my go-to place for satisfying my Thai food cravings. I highly commend them for consistently delivering exceptional dishes and maintaining their high standards. Keep up the fantastic work, On's! You have truly created something remarkable in the realm of Thai cuisine."
