This is a wonderful food truck that offered all the tastes of the big e that was safe for my family with celiac. The food was so good and my husband who does not eaten gluten free said it was better then anything he ate all day.

I came across this wonderful food truck at the Big E. To my surprise it was all gluten free. I can't even express to you how this made my day at the fair.
The doughnut sandwich was amazing.The doughnut was so good I wished I had grabbed a couple to bring home because when I went back they were all sold out , not surprising. And they had deep fried oreos, soooo good! Please come back next year.I will definitely be looking for you.

Visited the Hebron fair in Connecticut. Walking around smelling all the delicious fair food. Unfortunately I'm celiac and usually forgo the food because I can never be sure. I stumbled across Tripp's and WOW great selections and they were all delicious. I even got a blueberry donut to take home. Couldn't imagine it was so delicious and zero gluten on the truck.
