The ribs are literally fall off the bone. My wife is allergic to Gluten so the fact that the sauces are gluten free was definitely a plus. The service was friendly, informative and attentive

One Hot Mama's came highly recommended to us. We were visiting HHI for our first time. I'll start by saying the food was excellent! That said, the waiter was less than knowledgeable about gluten free options. My wife is GF and there were questions about options. Secondly, the service was less than exemplary. Our waiter did not check back on us. After seek g him walk by our table multiple times, we finally had to ask for our check. Instead of him coming back to get our check and card, we finally have it to a different waitress to run. All in all, food was excellent, but service was lacking.
