Awesome pizza! We got the gluten free, dairy free Supreme. Thin crispy crust, melty salty “cheese”. We were told they make the dough fresh to order. Salad was okay, nothing super impressive but not bad. Drinks were meh.. there was only one other person when we showed up at about 8:30pm on a Friday. Honestly didn’t have high expectations. Overall a great impression and I would eat here again. Bartender stated 10pm is when they get busy with karaoke. They close at 3am on weekends and 1am on week days. Opens about noonish 😂

In my search for gluten free pizza on the French Quarter, One More Pie has shaken out a decisive victory because of half off large pizza night (Wednesday, upon which you can have a large pizza that serves 2 for less than $20 with tip!), and gluten free and vegan offerings by the slice (Thursday). Gluten free crusts are thin, a little crunchy, and reasonably priced. Vegan toppings and crusts are also available and affordable. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the owner Orlando is friendly and knowledgeable. The vibe is laid back but a little loud, with music and multiple televisions. The doors are usually open to the sidewalk and there is a lot of air flow. There are no stairs and a variety of tables so it is pretty wheelchair accessible as far as I can tell. The chicken florentine pizza is an almost perfect "junk food" dinner or snack, I strongly recommend it. I don't recommend their salads, there's just better salads in the Quarter. I don't know about drinks or their other offerings, but if you need a gluten free or vegan pizza, especially at a later hour, it's a great choice. Delivery is also good.
