Adorable coffee shop! Has a very peaceful atmosphere and has several gluten-free options. Chicken salad sandwich I got on the gluten-free bagel was delicious. Latte that was very good as well.

An amazing coffee shop right in the heart of downtown Eustis. In my opinion a nice atmospheric coffee shop with plenty of room exactly what downtown Eustis needed. There is plenty of space here for people and lots of space for working if you are like me and work remotely. It makes it a great spot to come and chill as well as a great place to come and get some work or studying done. The atmosphere is welcoming and very simply but gracefully decorated. It has a feel to it that makes it feel very roomy and homey. The coffee is awesome, I've had a lot of their special drinks that they change in and out and I've never been disappointed with a single one. My personal favorite drink is their Squad 7. Their cake is absolutely incredible especially the orange creme cake which is my favorite. You wouldn't even know their gluten free cake is gluten free. Last but not least the owners Danny and Rae are incredible people who are always accommodating and very involved with their customers, their attitude really shows how much they care for community and the customers. I am very glad One Thirteen Coffeehouse came to Eustis.
