Booked to dine here, but I arrived (on time/early might I add) to find that my table given away so instead had to wait for a table to become available.
Ordered drinks while we were waiting for our table, which were then forgotten so ended up waiting 25 minutes for our drinks, and another 20 minutes after that for a table.
Was really hard to get any service because there was only one staff member in the whole restaurant. Had to try and catch his eye multiple times to get water/orders put in/help with wine. No complaints about the food, but the whole experience wasn’t very enjoyable as we spent most of the waiting around (for reference our booking was 7:45 and we got our first dishes at 9:00).
I reached out to the team via e-mail to express my disappointment as I don’t really like leaving bad reviews, only to be ignored. Honestly would have liked to come back as my partner is coeliac, but don’t know if I can justify spending more of my money here.
