Good food and friendly service, also have gluten free items on the menu, something hard to find in Hong Kong

They need to do better on understanding gluten free requirements. The menu claims that it has gluten free options available, but they cannot even guarantee it with a minimum degree of confidence. One day they say that Nachos and Fries are gluten free and the the next day they say they are not - French fries are super simple to prepare in a separate pan. Requiring gluten free food for coeliacs is a serious need and not a fashion so please work on better adapting it and training your staff.
