Disappointing and dangerous for people with celiac disease/gluten intolerance! The restaurant's menu states that it offers gluten-free burgers and other items for guests with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. A few other dishes on the menu, such as baked potato with herb curd, are also naturally gluten-free. Unfortunately, there is a risk of contamination in the kitchen. We ordered a baked potato with herb curd for my daughter, which is gluten-free according to the menu. We also discussed this in detail with the server and assured them that the herb curd was also gluten-free and that nothing had been added to it, and that care should be taken during preparation. Something must have gone wrong during preparation, because my daughter got severe stomach pain after a few bites of the potato and subsequently spent the entire day in bed sick with severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. I think my daughter's gluten-free meal was contaminated with something containing gluten in the kitchen. Another negative thing we noticed when we arrived: the table and chairs were dirty and covered in crumbs, even though there were only two tables occupied in the restaurant. We had to swap the crumb-covered chair for another one from the next table, and I also wiped the table myself. The waitress didn't even offer to clean the table. For us, this visit to the restaurant was a complete disappointment; we definitely won't be coming back.
