Some of the best food I have had in Sydney. Variety and quality of the dishes was amazing and the staff and chefs were very accommodating of ensuring gluten free options as I am Coeliac. All the wait staff were very friendly and helpful and overall experience was excellent!

Buzzy Friday night vibe for our visit. DJ playing make sit quite fun but not too loud for conversation at the bar where we sat, enjoying watching the spectacular sushi and sashimi coming together. Enjoyed a delicious Gimlet and a Yuzu sour to kick off. Lots of gluten free options for my partner and flexibility with dishes. Very thoughtful wait staff. The food itself was delicious. Miso cod is delicious. Also the Balmain bug san choy bow stood out. The sashimi plate was stunning. All rounded off with a gorgeous Sakura sorbet. Such a sophisticated yet fun experience.
