Wow.... I never knew hummus could taste like this! House made pita,white, wheat or gluten free. This hummus is prepared,creamy, smooth. Can be had w/ lamb,beef, fava bean with or without tahini as well Cauliflower fries must have . They import everything from Israel ..my only comparison is the Wolfies in Miami. I haven't been to Israel.. There is Oren's in San Jose,Stevens Creek Blv.too. Oren's is fabulous It is So so good with time I will make it through the menu They have prepackaged hummus eggplant other traditional eats for a grab n go too My only wish is Baklava....
